The cuisine we serve in Il Casale delle Ginestre is the culmination of our creative flair and passion, respect for our traditions, and also the nature that encircles the restaurant, immersed in the green oasis of Tragliatella (near Rome).

As we have our own farm, love and care in particular are important ingredients that make up the traditional cuisine we serve in our restaurant, which champion the flavours and authenticity of our local culture: indeed, the majority of the ingredients we use in our dishes come from our farm here at Il Casale delle Ginestre – your assurance of the high quality of all our cuisine.

From Il Casale’s signature mixed antipasto to our rabbit with pork and tagliatelle with meat sauce (made from duck, wild boar and rabbit home-grown on our farm), lunch and dinner at Il Casale are a hugely enjoyable food and wine experience that will linger in your memory long after you finish the last mouthful of dessert.

Our restaurant offers tastings, lunches and dinners showcasing traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh pasta made with eggs from our hens, home-grown vegetables, cheeses, local meats and exclusively homemade desserts. Our restaurant can seat up to 50 in winter, while in summer we have space for a further 100 people, making us the perfect location for ceremonies and receptions. We also offer a range of dishes that are greatly appreciated by our vegetarian guests, including flans, strudel and vegetable pies, but we recommend you call first to make sure you find something that tickles your tastebuds and meets your needs. We change our menu roughly every six months, and create unique menus for special events we hold in Il Casale delle Ginestre to celebrate the main national and local festivities.
