Our farmstay offers one apartment and six rooms, each equipped with everything you could wish for to ensure your stay is perfect.
All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, en-suite bathroom, TV, hairdryer and room safe to make your time at Il Casale as enjoyable as possible, regardless of the nature of your stay, whether it’s a family vacation, romantic getaway or business trip: our premises is perfect for families with children and pets, for those visiting Rome and business travellers.
Whatever the purpose of your visit, it’s always worth finding the time to pamper yourself a little, away from the bustle and traffic of the city.
All rooms have been recently refurbished, and boast a style that reflects the traditional rural elegance of Il Casale, favouring warm colours like orange, along with relaxing hues such as blue, all of which pair perfectly with the rustic floors and light-coloured walls that ensure the bright ambiance of our rooms.
Thanks to our house restaurant, which uses exclusively locally-sourced ingredient, you can enjoy an authentic traditional dining experience, as well as starting your day off in perfect style with our Italian buffet breakfast, served from 8am to 10pm, and this, too, features farm-fresh produce.

Terms and conditions
Rooms and apartments are available from 3pm onwards and must be vacated on the day of departure by 11am.
Late check-ins and check-outs are always possible with advance notice given at the time of booking and are subject to an additional cost of €10.00 per hour.
For late check-ins, the additional cost is calculated starting from 8pm. For late check-outs the additional cost is applied until 2 pm. After that time, an additional surcharge of 50% of the price of one night’s accommodation will be applied.
Upon arrival, guests must provide us with identification documents, including for all children.
It is forbidden to host people in rooms or apartments who have not been checked in by authorized personnel.
Please pay for your stay when you arrive. This will exclude any extras, which must be paid for upon your departure.
You can pay the balance of your stay by credit card (Visa, Master Card and PagoBancomat), or in cash up to a maximum amount of €999.99.
Should you wish to depart early, you’ll be charged solely for the cost of the room, and this will cover the entire unused period.
Limitations on discounts
Discounts and incentives are valid only for direct bookings and cannot be combined with other discounts.
No deposit will be refunded for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, or for guests who fail to arrive.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, deposits will be returned by bank transfer, and will include an additional processing fee of €5.00 (pursuant to part iii, title iii, chapter i of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the consumer code).
Valuables left unattended
The management cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft of personal belongings that are not stored in room safes.
No refunds will be given for meals not consumed that are included as part of your full- or half-board booking.
Our Italian buffet breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, lunch from 1pm to 2.30pm and dinner from 8pm to 9.30pm.
Guests are not permitted to consume food brought in from outside in any of the common areas of our farmstay.
For children from 0 to 4 years old: for an extra fee, we can provide cots and high chairs for younger guests. Please remember to bring your own linen.
Small- and medium-sized pets are allowed in rooms, subject to prior authorization from the Management, and must be kept on a leash in all outside areas.
Linen and cleaning
Under no circumstances can guest take towels from the farmstay into the swimming pool area. These are to be used exclusively within rooms.
The Management reserves the right to add a charge to room bills for any missing towels.
In keeping with current legislation for Italian farmstays, room cleaning, change of bed linen and bathroom towels and room tidying are carried out after every check-out, and every three days during stays, when guests are not present in the room, and between 10am and 2pm. Any additional requests for changes to bed linen can be made at reception, at an additional cost of €5.00 per bed.
Our farmstay does not offer rooms for smokers, so smoking is strictly prohibited throughout our premises and especially in rooms.
Damage to the building
Any damage to the building, property, or lost keys will be subject to a penalty charge, which will be added to the cost of your stay. The penalty charge will be calculated based on the extent of the damage caused. For apartment bookings a deposit guarantee is required, which will be returned upon your departure after the apartment has been checked.
It is forbidden to use electric stoves, food warmers, etc. in the rooms.

The farmstay management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions when necessary and to ensure the smooth running of the establishment and will post any modifications at the reception.
